ReelFaith’s mission is to spread the word about Jesus in the bass fishing community. This ministry was started by a few folks in the bass fishing business to show how huge Jesus’ presence is in the best sport/pastime in the world: bass fishing! Bio: Lifelong bass fanatic, part time bass writer and promoter. For years I had a desire to use my passion for fishing as a platform for spreading the Gospel message, so I finally reached out to this guy named Jay Kumar and he replied, “Dude, we need to talk.”

He made Him (Christ) who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
Incredible to think ordinary fishermen like us are viewed as the “righteousness of God” in His eyes because Christ took our sins upon Himself. Wow….

Bio: Been a media guy and bass-head all my life. Was a senior writer at Bassmaster, then founded BassFan.com, then was on Loudmouth Bass with Zona, then created Jay Kumar’s BassBlaster, among other bassin’ things. None of that matters because after I sold BassFan, I found Jesus – or He found me, however it works.

In all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.
I love that verse because it’s so deep with so few words, and because it’s how I had to learn to live – not thinking I knew best, but knowing He does.
